Step By Step to Becoming an EPLAN Expert
The EPLAN Training Academy offers you professional training to become an EPLAN Certified Engineer (ECE). From high-quality documentation to defining codes and guidelines to the correct implementation of IEC standards – you will become a certified EPLAN expert within six to twelve months with our training offerings.
Your Certification as an EPLAN Certified Engineer
You will complete your training to become an EPLAN Certified Engineer in up to 25 training days. You will take part in both face-to-face events at the EPLAN Training Academy and online training directly at your workplace.
Depending on your previous knowledge, your certification starts with EPLAN Basic or Refresher training. This is followed by further training on the topics of master data management and “Terminals, Cables, Plugs and PLC”.
You then have the option of choosing one of three specializations: In the 3D control cabinet construction specialization, you will receive detailed training in EPLAN Pro Panel. If you specialize in the planning of cables and the electromechanical cabling of machines, we recommend that you take part in the EPLAN Cable proD basic training course.
If your task is to create documentation for electrical circuit diagrams or production documents suitable for assembly, you should complete EPLAN Engineering Practical Training in Plant Engineering.
During your daily work often result in specific functional questions about the application. That is why our experienced EPLAN trainers are available to answer your questions in web session between the training courses at EPLAN Training Academy.

Selection of a Specialization

Last but not least, we want to prepare you in the best possible way for the EPLAN Certified Engineer exam. We do this with the help of customized practical modules: To test your knowledge, you will practice on best-practice examples with concrete reference to your daily work. In this way, you will be optimally prepared for the theoretical and practical examination.
The EPLAN certification is valid for 3 years.
