The EPLAN Solution Center is an optimized support system with improved service. As a result, we can process your individual support requests even more efficiently.
Your inquiries are created and managed in the EPLAN Solution Center on the basis of simple, ergonomic dialogs. Settings once configured are stored automatically for future enquiries. You can view the processing status of your inquiry at any time. A knowledge database has been integrated into this support system, which already contains a large number of answers to frequently asked questions. As soon as your inquiry is received, the knowledge database – the EPLAN Knowledge Center – automatically suggests initial solutions, provided the topic has already been dealt with before. The knowledge database is expanded continuously.
